Team Members keep our sales running smoothly and are the most vital resource.

Consignors can enter their consignor number and password.  

Team Members and Consignors are invited to shop on Thursday, May 1, 2025, from 3 to 8 p.m.

Thank you for taking the time to consider helping me at the sale! 

Team Members who work 3 hours will receive a 65%  profit
Team Members who work 6 hours will receive a 70% profit
​Team Members who work breakdown Sunday, May 4, 2025, 1:30 pm - 7:30 pm or 2 pm - 8 pm (total 6 hours, this shift only ) will have their consignor fee ($15) waived.  

  Shift = 3 hour

• Team Members will only receive credit for hours scheduled under one consignor number for a higher profit percentage. 
• Team member hours cannot be combined for more than one consignor number.
• If a registered consignor has a family member coming to cover a work shift for them, credit will only be given to ONE consignor number. Once the shift is selected, please email info@saleforkids.com to let Lisa know who will be covering the shift, who the consignor is, and what the consignor number is to receive credit for that shift.
• If two people from the same family will be working the same shift, you must contact Lisa for approval and instructions on how to sign up.

Team members are asked to sign up for at least one 3-hour shift. Some shifts:
-Help with set-up (requires some heavy lifting, setting up of tables and racks)
-Help with checking in items and placing them on the proper racks, tables

-Help build fitting rooms, and hang lighting in the area.
-Check the quality of items for stains, tears, wear
-Help sanitize items according to the law
-Monitor sales floor; maintain the organization of items
-Help with customer service during the sale
-Monitor fitting rooms and reattach tags as things come out of the fitting rooms.

-Help return items back to the proper racks from the fitting rooms.
- Moitor area around purses and jewelry. Maintain item secure following purchase proceedure.
-Breakdown (sort items back to consignor number, break down tables and racks, help pack up donates), Help pack the UHaul.
-Help maintain a safe environment for shoppers and Team Members.
-Security monitor: monitor doors, check for receipts, monitor shoppers and fellow workers

We ask that team member refrain from dropping off your items during their shechduled shift. Please allow time to drop off your items before or after your shift(s). Thank you. The shift you sign up for is to assist consignors who are dropping off items; you cannot do this if you put your things back instead.  Dropping off your items does not count as part of working.
Wear comfortable shoes and clothing.

Please dress for the weather as our buildings are not heated or cooled. 

 I will provide you with a name tag to wear.
Small snacks (crackers, chips, candy, and fruit) and drinks (water) will be available to team members during their shifts in a designated area.

Set-Up: This position is more for someone who likes to help assemble the clothing racks and set up the sales floor.  
Inventory Check-In: Help consignors place their items in the correct place during drop-off.   
Cashier: This position is for someone with experience using a computer and working in a fast-paced environment. This person will be helping the customers with their purchases, scanning tags, and handling money. If you would like to register, please contact Lisa before the sale. Lisa must train them for this position. This can be a seated position!
Changing room Attendant: This person will assist with the fitting rooms, keeping track of available rooms, and re-tagging and pinning clothing to return to the floor.
Runner/Floater: I will help out wherever I can. I will help keep items off the floor and pick up fallen things. I will also help return items to the racks from the changing rooms when they have not been purchased.
Breakdown: after the sale closes, this is a fast-paced environment:  
Team Members will be helping sort unsold items by donates and consignor resort number for them to pick Up,
During breakdown, team members also help dismantle clothing racks, load the trucks, pack donated items, and help with building clean-up.
